Development of microcredential modules and serious games to support interprofessional education for Medical Laboratory Technologists
Our team has been working on the development of seven microcredentials modules to introduce MLTs to the interprofessional competencies that are foundational for interprofessional collaborative practice. During this session we will present the “Cultural Humility and Indigenous Peoples” module, including an interactive simulation serious games, and the tools that we have used to develop them.
